Return & Replacement Policy

1. Returns

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Damaged, worn, or altered items are not eligible for return.

Time Frame:

• Returns must be initiated within 2 – 3 calendar days of receiving your order.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Return Process:
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at info@annandtin.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Our team will provide a return authorization and detailed instructions.
3. Securely package the item and include the return authorization slip in the package.
4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return Shipping:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

3. Refunds

Processing Time:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted in these situations:

• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4. Replacements and Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items:

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@annandtin.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
• We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Size Exchanges:

• To exchange an item for a different size, contact us at info@annandtin.com with your order number and requested size.
• Follow the provided instructions to return the original item and receive the new size.
